  If I could give zero stars I would. Any business should have no problem answering basic questions about how things are done and the process. Especially when the testing they are performing has a huge impact on ones life. I tried asking basic questions about the chain of custody, being able to see my test results, cost of retesting and was frantically shut down being told she won't have me accusing her business of cheating or lying blah blah blah. I get a snarky your not the one paying for it that's why you don't get the result. Like look I didn't accuse you of anything. I am trying to get to the bottom of something and a respectable business owner with nothing to hide would have no problem providing basic answers to what I would think would be common questions in their line of work. Thankfully I will get my future testing done at ********************* with results in front of my face so I won't need to worry about shady practices like this one.The donor ID on the failed results doesnt match any of the donor ID numbers I signed for! H*** they couldnt even get my DOB right! Theyre 10 years off! Last place I want handling things that matter!!

  As a drug testing and education facility we occasionally have a dissatisfied customer. We pride ourselves in the ability to provide a judgement-free, quality service to all of our clients, many of whom are involved in less-than-ideal, highly emotional situations. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, we cannot make every customer happy. We do our best to explain processes and procedure within the scope of limitations we are allowed depending on the nature of the case. When a court-ordered, supervising agency is involved, all information must be received from the client's assigned case worker; which includes test results. Although this may be frustrating at times and not the answer clients may want to hear, it is the policy and procedure we follow for each of our clients and is thoroughly explained. As far as the donor ID number, that is a unique number assigned to individual clients as we do not feel comfortable using social security numbers. We assign a computer generated number as the client ID number to protect the identity of the client. It does not coincide with the numbers on the chain of custody forms of individual tests, it is strictly for our inter-office use for billing, filing, etc. The birth date on the form was a typo and has been corrected. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We sincerely hope your experience with ********************* drug testing program is an overall good experience and a better fit for your personal drug testing needs.
