      That's a very deceitful business. I used to like Chris and his team, but this year, after canceling on us, and late at 6pm, and that day my dear mom suffered a stroke!! So when he got here 2 days later, he lacked what he once had!! 1st of all, the rates were 150$ then 200$ which I can understand prices going up, but last year, he charged 465$, as he said he sprayed our siding, which DID NOT HAPPEN!! So this year, I said to him since he charged me for last year, that he should do it this year with not a charge for spraying siding!! Ohhhh no, he charged this year, 500$ and the work wasn't complete!! He missed both of our doors, front, and back, the siding in the back, doesn't look like it was done AT ALL!! ALSO HE LEFT A FEW OTHER WINDOWS UNDONE!! I wanted to know why he charged me for the siding this year, I asked for a remebirsment for part of it, and he just flat out, refuses, my requests ?? WE are very unhappy customers, so not ever again. Thank you...

      Horrible company. I wanted my sidewalk and driveway pressure washed. There was rust on the driveway. They gave me a quote sight unseen of 180.00 then changed it to 280.00 after I sent pictures. They showed up late and didn’t have any cleaning products to remove the rust. They asked me for toilet bowl cleaner and bleach. They squirted the toilet cleaner on and left it in squiggly lines. Now my driveway has white splotches and lines all over and still rust. They power washed paint off my steps that should never have been done. Dirt was splattered all over my door, windows and brick front. They didn’t spray it off. He knew he messed up and asked for 200.00 and said he would come back and fix it. There are negative reviews about this company. I stopped payment on my check.

      Chris and his helper just washed our windows. They did them last year as well. Both times they did a fabulous job (not a streak in sight) for a fair price. They arrived on time and were pleasant while on the job.

      This is our second experience with Twin Pines Window Cleaning: We have been very happy with the results of their window cleaning service. They were on time as scheduled, professional and courteous, and their pricing was competitive.
