      TLDR:I initially had positive experiences with Majestic Heating and Air. The first 2 service appointments were smooth, with technicians arriving early in the scheduled time windows and all communications handled efficiently online and via text. However, once I committed to an $8,000 upgrade for my appliances, everything changed. On the day of the scheduled upgrade, no one showed up. When I called, I was told they had no record of the appointment and was given a vague explanation blaming the home warranty company, despite my previous appointments being scheduled the exact same way. It has now been a week since this missed appointment, and Im still waiting to be rescheduled.Full Review:I am deeply disappointed by the recent service I received from Majestic Heating and Air. Initially, their process seemed seamless, and I felt confident entrusting them with a major upgrade on their recommendation. After paying $8,000, I expected a high level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, they have not delivered.When the scheduled upgrade day arrived, no technician showed up. After calling at the end of the time window, I was informed that they couldnt find any record of the appointment, placing the blame on the home warranty company. This excuse is frustrating and seems unlikely, as my first two appointments went off without a hitch under the same circumstances.I am concerned that, after taking a significant deposit, Majestic Heating and Air has deprioritized my service. I still have not received a confirmed reschedule, and no one has reached out to correct this issue despite my follow-up calls. This lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and gives the impression that once they have your money, you become a low priority.I am hopeful that sharing this experience will urge Majestic Heating and Air to address these issues so that other customers do not encounter similar treatment.       ****, thank you for your concern, we are working with *** to get the equipment in.  our office got another claim in for you under the upgrade program and our office staff goofed up by booking that out for you it should have just been completed on our end as we have not received the Equipment from AHS yet.  we are working with their purchasing agents to get the equipment in ASAP.  ***** will call you next week with an approximant date.
