    Bill ******************** advertsied that owner supervises all work. Mr. ******************** did not supervise all the work. Mr. ******************** said that he would use one side to drop shingles but instead the whole house had shingles dropped. I would. It have used him if he would have been honest about that. House was a little over 1 years old and they caused damage to my exterior of house as well as my inside ceiling. Mr. ******************** did not show up to view damages at date and time we agreed. There were nails and shingles left all over my lawn also.

    **** and ******** Have not paid me 1 ***** for this job. My subcotractors , Dumpster , Materials , and Permit have been payed for. ********************* Building official has signed off on this permit. IVR number ******. Ive left 10 message non returned. Many text messages asking to set time to go though complaints. No response.  Ive hired a attorney to take **** and ******** to court. Also filed a lein on there house. My attorney info is *********************** **************************************. ******** , **  If you need anything else from me **********. I am willing to send you my text messages and recites of my payments Ive made toward this roofing project. At this time **** and ******** have a balance due of ******. Not incl fees. Thankyou

     I am rejecting this response because:


    Bill Blazek Roofing caused damage to my home (both inside and out),  falsely represented that owner supervises all work in advertisement, lied that they would only use one side of roof to throw down shingles ( I would never have used them), then files a Mechanics Lien Statement without a pre-lien notice as required by statute instead of working on the amount of damages to my home to be deducted from payment to resolve this. I want professionals to ************. This is not his home and he caused damage.
