Cancellation Information:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, a written Notice of Cancellation must be received. You may transfer your reservation to another person without a transfer fee. You are financially responsible for the amount of the original reservation including watercraft rentals and other services with full payment on account. If we can, in good faith, re-rent your reservation for the same time frame all money on account is refunded, less a processing fee per week or partial week reserved of $200 per 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom accommodations and $300 per 3-bedroom accommodations. There are no exceptions of any kind, including medical exceptions, disease, emergencies, air carrier or travel delays/cancellations, or weather-related cancellations.

River Point Outfitting Co. Boundary Waters Canoe Trip Reservations:

Cancellations More Than 30 Days Prior to the Arrival Date
In the event of cancellation, deposit and prepayments are nonrefundable. However, if written Notice of Cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the Arrival/Check In date the trip may be rescheduled for another trip this season or into next year. All money on account applicable to the outfitting of the trip (equipment, canoes, food, etc.) is transferable to the new trip date. Exception: Lodging deposit/prepay and permit handling fee is not transferable. 

Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Prior to the Arrival Date
If a Cancellation of the entire Canoe Trip Reservation occurs lessthan 30 days prior to the Arrival/Check In date, or in the case of a“no-show” reservation, the permit party leader is financiallyresponsible for the entire balance of payment due as indicated in theConfirmation.
