    Beware very unreliable and doesn’t stand behind their work! We had TruTemp put in our heating system and have had nothing but problems with TruTemp. Within a couple months we had a thermostat failure code and when we notified TruTemp they would not return any calls or messages. A bit later the thermostat would not work unless it was on auxiliary mode (which cost more do to using propane and no heat pump). Again TruTemp didn’t answer messages for over a month. When he finally got back to us and made an appointment he never showed up. So again took another month to get back to us and this time basically said we could make an appointment but would have to pay. We did this because the system is supposed to be under warranty. TruTemp finally showed and switched to a new thermostat and stated that we were the only ones that had this system installed with this brand of thermostat, no one else had problems. We paid the $210.00 service charge and within a few weeks the heat pump failed. We immediately got a hold of TruTemp who said he would come over and look at it. Well that was over 3 weeks ago and still has not shown and now is ignoring our messages.

    Tru Temp Heating and Cooling LLC. We choose them to do our updating of our heating and cooling system. We are extremely happy with the service that they provided. The install team and the equipment are outstanding. Definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
