      Waste of money. They didn't catch anything. NOT 24/7. You can leave a voicemail, but expect a couple of hours before responding and next day service at best. They are NOT in Blaine. They come out of Faribault. Used traps (kill traps not humane catch and release ones) that were not effective for the size of critter we had and insisted it was. They refused to believe my suggestions on what was under my house and kept saying it was a rodent that isn't even in our neighborhood. Then refused to do any kind of a refund for the fact that they didn't really do anything other than lay down a few inexpensive snap traps. They said because it left on it's own, that they had scared it away. Complete baloney. Total waste of $400 that I really couldn't afford. Lesson learned.

      Daniel arrived on time, efficiently and thoroughly inspecting every level of my home inside and outside. He was kind and knowledgeable, quickly earning my confidence and trust in his findings.
