    roof has sprung a leak within a year. causing damage to dry wall and antique built in that is under the leak damage from leak has caused mold growth gutters are not properly pitched causing them to overflow on to front step creating a lot of ice buildup in the winter they said they were going to come out and look at it but never did. another gutter has a roof slope leading into it but does not actually collect water from the roof no point in having the gutter there as it causes ice buildup by the back door in the winter as well.service provided has only caused physical health Risk to the occupants of the house.

    Hello, 

    I am responding on behalf of Omega Exteriors, complaint #******** filed by ******** *********. We have spoken to this homeowner and were very taken aback by this complaint. The homeowner submitted this complaint without ever contacting our company directly to remedy the issues at hand ever though we contractually offer a lifetime workmanship and remedy policy. This was the first time we were notified about a leak that occurred a year ago in December 2023. 

    We have spoken with him and are sending out our team to inspect and fix the leaks he has mentioned. We can provide documentation and photographs to you if needed.
