    This agency did 15 entries and charged me $3000. Basically 10 min of work or less. They then later demanded $4000-$6000 more after we had made an agreement of $1000 a month. I had to switch to a different accountant when Alex the owner of the company knew I was on a tight timeline. I asked my new accountant how much work had been done, and he agreed that it did not merrit anywhere near the amount of money he charged.. additionally Alex brought on or started working with Ron ******** out of Texas. On a phone call, when they demanded more money, Ron and Alex began telling me that they were "going to get ****** on me" and go where the money is. I never expected any kind of *********** remarks coming from a professional agency. After finally agreeing with them at, at least $4000... I asked to speak with Ron ******** who got on the phone and started yelling at me about my personal vacation and dropping F bombs and telling me to go pick up my "F-ing Box" and yelled GOODBYE on the phone and hung up on me. The next day I showed up with Police to pick up my box due to their violent outbursts the day before. Ron came out and told me my checks were no good even though Alex had cashed 3 of them and Ron had also been paid. When I went to the credit union to dispute this, the team at the credit union called Alex and after talking to him less than a minute, Alex hung up on them too.

    The current situation between Three Pillars and yourself has unfortunately escalated to a challenging and unprofessional state. We want to emphasize that Three Pillars is a business with obligations to our team and operational costs to manage. While we wish we could offer services without charge, it's simply not feasible for us.The volume of last-minute work you requested within a tight deadline would have incurred additional expenses on our part, which unfortunately you were unable to cover. We regret how this situation unfolded, but we stand firm in our need for fair compensation for the services we provided. We hope for an understanding of our position in this matter.

    I started with you guys in December. And you guys agreed to a thousand dollars a month....
    I came to find you guys Not only cashed three thousand dollars worth of funds... But you didn't work for them... this is fraud and I come to find out that Ron ******** also has a bad reputation doing the same.
