    Where does one even start to explain the gratitude for the assistance we were provided by Bio-Tec. Our son tragically took his life by suicide with a gun. The death scene we walked in on was horrific and truly something we will never forget. Blood was on every square inch of our main bathroom and I mean every inch. After we learned that there were companies that provide blood cleanup, apparently called crime scene cleanup. The officer recommended Bio-Tec as apparently their department also uses them for squad cleanup services. Trusting their recommendation was our best decision! Not only were they completly profession and compassionate. They went out of their way to point us in the right direction in all aspects of restoring the scene, dealing with our insurance company, helping with survivor resources. There were no out of pocket expenses, which we were not aware of until we spoke with ****. The survivor guide they supply is indispensable in navigating the process!! **** the owner was immediately available anytime we needed him or had any questions. PLEASE, take or recommendation as we did the officer. If you are in need of these cleanup services, do not hesitate to call them.
