    I rented a 185CFM air compressor on 10-11-23 from ******* Rentals in *********** ** for two days for $250.34. It broke down after one day. The owner said he would issue a one day credit of $125.17 on 10-13-23, processed on 10-16-23. I had not seen the credit on my **** account so I went to ******* Rentals on or about 10-26-23 where I was given two forms showing a credit was issued, one was on a rental agreement form the other was from the credit card machine showing a credit as issued on 10-16-23 but never was issued. I had not received the credit on my **** as of 11-15-23 so I filed a dispute with ***** Fargo ****. According to ****, a temporary credit was issued to my **** account on 11-13-23 which did show up on my statement and would become a permanent credit when it was finalized.On 2-14-24 ******* Rentals charged my **** credit card again without my permission which I found on my statement on 2-21-24. FRAUD!I opened another dispute with **** on 2-14-24.I have documents I can give to support dates and transactions.*******************
