    ********,

Per our conversation, I've emailed to you the letter confirming your account now reflects a zero balance. I again want to extend my deepest apologies for the frustrating experience youve had trying to resolve your account over the past year with our previous billing company, and I am so sorry it took this long to reach a resolution.

You will also be receiving a letter in the mail explaining the error related to the collections notice you received. You may disregard the letter.

Thanks for your patience and understanding throughout this process. Please dont hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Regards,
