      We had such a great experience with our sales representative, however that's about where it ended. During our tour/inspection of the camper, we caught a slide seal that was cracked. We asked for it to be replaced as part of the sale agreement and was included in the sales paperwork. Unfortunately, the seal had to be ordered as there were none on hand. Knowing we were 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, I asked for someone to come to us to replace it as it should have been caught in an inspection prior to us coming to look at the camper. I was told “we will work that out with you”. I am now being told we have to drive the 13,000 lbs. camper up to the dealership to replace it because you don’t want to send someone out to us. The seal should have been replaced before we even saw the camper. I understand people make mistakes and miss things, however, in this case the mistake was on the you and you need to make it right. If it was something we personally missed, I would be happy to drive the camper up to you. This was a big miss on the inspection, was there even an inspection completed prior to us viewing the camper like we were told? Very disappointed in the customer service with the service department, especially Dan in Alexandria who hung up on me during this conversation. Sadly, this will cause me to not recommend Hilltop Camper.
