    In the past approximately two years, this business has been highly unresponsive to issue resolution. Issues have included delays greater than 45 minutes not related to weather, without notification to bus rider's guardians. The bus riders are all children. Calls to the dispatch center during delays were met with unprofessionalism and an inability to communicate an accurate and updated pickup time. Calls to Orlando Finch, a leader within the organization, were not returned. An email to Jodie Sieben during the most recent incident on Jun 20, 2023 was returned with an apology, citing construction delays, but any further responsibility shirked as they were not in the office that day. Upon asking Sieben for additional details when she was made aware of them, there was again no response. This particular incident was on the first day of a new route, where is the accountability? Where is the planning? With transportation services, one would think that road construction delays would be a primary consideration in route planning. Additionally, I've witnessed the bus driver drop children off at a bus stop located at a business and depart when no parents were in the parking lot yet. Whatever it is that has you considering this company for transportation services, it is not worth it for their unreliability, especially with children involved.
