      This place has the worst customer service!! Ordered heat sensitive probiotics for my baby and they arrived hot. When a refund was requested Bree refused us a refund or exchange, told us to read the “fine print”, and hung up. They pride themselves on “friendly and knowledgeable customer support” but what we received was the opposite. We will be purchasing our vitamins elsewhere in the future.

      Poor customer and return policy. Probiotics used to be shipped quickly through UPS and are now shipped USPS. Heat sensitive probiotics took 7 days to be delivered and left in mailbox in 95 degree heat. Blue Sky refuses to refund or send new product.

      Poor return policy. No refunds for open products, even if the product made you sick.
