    Very Disappointed by how Jeff Martin Auctioneers did nothing to help with an issue when I bought a truck that was MISREPRESENTED as the transmission was bad and it was not disclosed. Then when I called the company and spoke with 3 different individuals and the only resolution they had was to refund me the buyers' fees. I am out nearly $12,000 for this truck but their solution was to refund me the $600 worth of fees. I felt like I was blamed because they told me I should have come and looked at the truck, however their description said nothing about the transmission being bad and their video of the truck showed it running and going forward and backwards. Which to me was further evidence that this was done to intentionally mislead me. If I had gone to the location and looked at the truck, they wouldn't have allowed me to take it off the site, and the gears that are out are 5th and 6th gears. I am not 100% sure where the responsibility lies whether it was with the actual seller or **** Martin, but my recourse was to go back to **** Martin, who told me 3 times, how do we know you didn't wreck the transmission when you took it home. I would avoid **** Martin because there are many auctions sites that will take better care of the buyers. They seemed to only be worried about the seller and if you are wanting to get rid of lemons, this might be the perfect spot for you because if you tell them "you didn't know" that will be all it takes to pass along your lemon with a bad engine or transmission to someone else.
