    This company and the people who manages it are unprofessional. They have people in positions who don't even know the logistics of the position that they are in - They aren't knowledgeable at all and cannot communicate effectively. They false advertise about the job being "Part-Time", about the pay, and although you ask the right questions, the answers you get are always unclear. I wanted to be apart of this company for the extra money, but because they were invading my privacy and personal space as a human being, I had to call it quits. The company and human resource department should know that certain acts aren't allowed and shouldn't even be tolerated. But noone cares. They treat new employees like trash, and even have a "lead instructor" who talk to new employees like they are his children. Training is 2 months long, and only 2 hours per day because "they don't want to overload adults with information" And nothing is ever consistent here at Lake Country. The office staff who have your personal information shares this information amongst other employees and it is ******** and extremely unprofessional. I had to wipe my hands from Lake Country completely. Do not go here. Go to another school bus company who won't false advertise what they offer and it doesn't take you 3 months to actually start a "part-time" job. They want to control your life even though the job you sign up for is for a ***************** Bus Driver".
