    Salesman told us that white knight would pay out our cancellation fee on our contract we had with another pest control company if we switched to them. We agreed and signed up only to find out that was a lie. They never paid off our other company contract so I got double charged for white knight and the other place. When I called to cancel due to them lying, I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees since I signed their contract and even though they lied to me, they refused to waive or reduce the fee. I paid it so I could be done with them forever. I still to this day almost a year later get marketing texts from them even after repeatedly opting out. Worst company and experience I have ever had, hands down.

    Total extortion!!! I got a much better deal from a different company and White Knight Pest Control Charged me $401 to cancel. What a Joke. Don't do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The initial treatment that the company provided was good. However, they continued to come periodically to walk around the outside of the house and check the rodent traps. I discovered that they were charging me for each visit. Ninety dollars per visit was way too much to pay. So, I decided to call and cancel my service. They insisted that I had signed up for extended service and that I must continue to pay. If I canceled, they would bill me $200. This is more than the two treatments I had left on my contract. Rude and ridiculous!! Used an unearned BBB symbol on literature.
