      Hi I am filing a complaint about this business. I have bought a few items from them over the last 20 years or so. A few months ago I bought a body but due to my health I emailed them and cancelled that order. I thought I was doing better so on Nov 1st, 2024 I ordered a body and on Nov 5th 2024 I ordered a lens. After a couple of weeks (and bad news from a *** I learned I would never be able to hold anything steady with my arms again so I had to return those items. I returned them within their return policy, which states items can be returned 30 days for a refund or exchange but items over $1,500.00 will be charged a 10% restocking fee. I paid 1) $484.99 2) $109.99 Total. $584.98 I got a call and they said "we are charging you a 15% fee because you have returned too many items". I don't understand since other than that cancelled item a few months ago its been a very long time since I bought anything from them. I guess they are allowed to just impose a verbal fee and not go by their online return policy?I know my illness isn't their problem but I think this is a terriable way to treat someone. I paid them $584.98 They returned $446.25 They kept. $148.73 I paid the return shipping costs and they relisted the items for exactly what I paid for them so they whole and not out any money. I am entitled to a refund check.
