    This company set up a contract with us in April of 2021 to build an unfinished steel building on our property that was already site prepped with concrete poured. They took our money in April and were set to start building in April and with completion by Sept 16 at the latest per the contract, but they promised us would have it done by July. Which is what we needed as we had purchased a motorhome we needed stored before November. They then quit communicating with us. At the end of August we received a pdf of plans, that were not for the building we contracted (40x60 with 3, 14 ft doors). They then sent a corrected pdf with the correct building, and a couple weeks later we got the plans in the mail. They were marked as not being completed by an architect, and if that was needed it would cost extra. That wasnt needed. These were 11x17 plans not blue prints. By the end of September they had no anticipated start date, and claimed the materials they ordered in august were delayed indefinitely. They cancelled our contract on sept 18th. It took them until the end of January 2022 to send of our money back, and then it was almost $10,000 short. They claimed the cost of those plans and other cancellation fees (undocumented) were $4800 and then the remainder they kept was for their commission. On a building that was never built. They kept $10,000 and never stepped foot on our property.
