    We checked into room 31. The carpet is never been shampooed. There was hair all over the toilet under and behind. The whole bathroom floor was dirty. The refrigerator was stained and dirty. The was a large long dresser that had old creamers and sugars alot of garbage behind it. When we asked ******** for a cleaner room he started arguing with me. He said they have professional cleaners and that I was lying about the room beginning dirty. He was ready to call the cops for us throwing the dirty bedding back on the bed along with the pillows. We checked in at noon. We left at 4pm. We ate at ********* then medical appointment. Pick up kids from school so we weren't in the room that long. We got that room from ******* works at ************* health and human services. She set us up for a month and the motel does not give refunds. After we left I looked at the reviews and all of them are horrible. We rather spend our last ***** than stay one night in that motel. The door had one simple lock you could pop open with your ID card. I did not feel safe because of the lock and the sketchy people walking by watching me. I feel like ******* doesn't care about our experience so I reported this to the state. So I hope I can make a difference for everyone else that didn't speak up
