    I purchased an Out door wood boiler , manufactured by Central boiler . Model CE750 ser# ****** its has serious design faults , and the manufacturer has no interest in customer service. Called their help line . Nobody was interested. The problem, Centres around the heat exchanger, it plugs up with creosote , and the difficulty in cleaning , so difficult in fact , its unusable . The following years model was updated to resolve the issues , called to see if they had a buyback or trade up program? Nothing not willing to help. The unit sits on my lawn dormant. $30K invested . Disappointed doesnt begin to describe how I feel . Buyer beware . ****

    I bought a central boiler stove 4 years. Although I have to admitt the stove has been great .What hasn't been so great is the deal I work with . From day one it has been a night mare . From instalation to everything.Recently I needed a simple fix a new seal for my ash pan and door . After 10 plus phone calls (and actually speaking with the guy once and him telling me he would get right back to me ) still no response going on 4 weeks .For this reason I will give bad reviews and will never have anything nice to say about central boiler . If they have a dealer like this doing business for them I want no part of them . Ps central boiler knows about this particular deal ( I've complained multiple times) and still choose not to do anything about it .For that reason again ill never do business with them again and you people shouldn't either
