  Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning.
  Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well.
  An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different.
  I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues.

  I highly recommend Rick’s roofing. They replaced my roof in 2007 and 2024 (due to hail damage). I also had a living window replaced with a more energy efficient one. All the staff I worked with were superior. The owner Ricky comes out to meet with you and goes over the initial proposal. He is also easy to reach by phone. The office manager is professional and quick to return calls. She also went to bat for me with my insurance company. Sally E. Maplewood, MN

  Rick’s Roofing was great to work with. After I contacted them to inquire about an estimate, they promptly scheduled a time and date to check roof, and answered all my questions. They got me a written estimate within a few days, and scheduled the roofing and estimated timeline to complete the work. Best news, they were able to start a week earlier which as awesome and they finished the work in one day. It was a complete removal of multiple layers, and put on a beautiful new roof, with everything properly flashed. And their prep and cleanup left my yard looking pristine.
  Every time I drive up to my home, that beautiful new roof makes me smile. It looks so great. I can’t wait to have the house painted next summer to show off this beautiful roof!
  I would recommend Rick’s Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofing job by a great local family run company.

  In my estimation Rick’s is simply the finest roofing and siding company in the Twin Cities. We have used them twice and both times the work was done quickly and professionally at a fair price. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to use them in the future.

  I would definitely hire Rick’s Roofing again for a project. We had a complete house transformation after having the roof replaced, new gutters installed, and new windows installed. Quality of work is exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Three different Crews [Shingle replacement, Gutter replacement, Window replacement]. All individuals were experienced, professional, and extremely friendly. All crews focused on the Quality they brought, and customer satisfaction.

  ****'s Roofing did an excellent job for us. They were pleasant to work with, on time, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up after the job was done. Plus, they handled working with the insurance company - something I was not looking forward to.

  I have read the glowing reviews of Rick's Roofing, and I believe them! They have a very good reputation. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t so great because Rick's never did get around to doing my project this past summer. The salesman would "forget" to contact me for weeks, and each time I called him after not hearing anything, he would apologize for “forgetting” to call me. I know that Rick's Roofing is very busy what with all of the storm damage that has occurred, but all they had to do was tell me the truth, that they wouldn't have time to do my project, and I would have moved on. When I spoke with the salesman last week, after not hearing from him for seven weeks, once again he apologized for “forgetting” about me. Hope you have better luck!
