      First time customer based on all the positive reviews. Although my issue turned out not to be electrical, the technician was great to work with and very knowledgeable. There entire process from booking the appointment to their onsite presence went very smoothly and there communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them for future electrical needs.

      Despite a batch of obstacles just getting into my old (1887) residence (tornado warnings, intercom, security, etc.), Brett got underway with good-natured competence to scope out my problems. He quickly discovered a code violation in the fuse box which should have been identified and corrected before I moved in last June. Then he replaced the GFI outlets that failed and shut down my refrigerator. I sincerely appreciate Brett’s expertise, his efficiency and personable service. As a customer, I’m grateful that I can trust NORSKE Electric to send top quality technicians to assure my home is safe and at code. Help started as soon as I called (plug the fridge into a non-GFI outlet to save the food) and the problem itself was solved in 24 hours. A++

      Brent P. Came to install an “old” outlet box and new bathroom light for our bathroom refresh. He took extra time/measures to place the box so that no sheet rock/paint patchworking was necessary. When I was talking to my husband about the drill bit size needed for the mirror we were to hang after the light project was done, Brent was kind enough to drill the holes for us as we did not have a bit big enough for the toggle holes. His work was precise and sound. He protected the sink while working and thoroughly cleaned the area when done. He communicated clearly and was friendly. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. He also did a check of our fusebox and outlets. He ended up tightening many of our loose outlet plates-even pushing back furniture when done with the outlets. He also recommended a few safety feature for an outlet near a water source and for lightening/electrical surges, which we appreciated. We decided to have them installed. He order a part, picked it up and completed the job on the same day.

      Brett from Norske spent a lot of time and a couple of visits replacing and making sure my wiring and dimmers on three way switches all worked safely and properly. He also made sure I had a better understanding of my system and felt comfortable with it.

      Brett was a class act and phenomenal to work with. Same day service at no crazy charges and fixed my outlet and panel issues in about an hour on a -5 degree day. Would recommend Brett any day of the week ending in "y".
