      ***** started our drive way with a check for 6000 and a agreed price of ***** . He started the job digging out and attempting to grade the base . He ran into my retaining with his skidster which I have pictures of the tracks and bricks . He denied it and said I used his machine and did it . He then put off doing the drive way for over a week and the city came to see about complaints of material running into the a street from rain and having no permit which ***** he'd take care of . He then submitted the wrong plans written like a child with wrong dimensions. After almost another week he planned to start during the only day that had thunder storm s in the forecast and I had to tell him I won't pay if he does . Then a couple days later of dryness Noone shows up so ask what's happening and he's its Friday they've been there and will start again Monday and to take it easy because the weekend started early . He already sounded drunk at 3pm . I asked if everything was to pour He said yes . I had a guy who does concrete look and said there was half as much rebar as needed and depths of 3 to 5 inches of depth and only 2 inches of recycled class 5 which we agreed on 4 inches of class 5 and a depth of 4 For concrete . I called and said I was canceling job and wanted 3000 back he laughed and said I didn't know anything and he'd see me in court . He's extremely unprofessional and I heard afterwards that he was in the vfw every day buying drinks for people .
