    I bought 4 planters from overstock and 2 planters were damaged and missing parts. Overstock won't refund me or even replace them

    I made order on 12/29/2024 #*********. I saw price on this order $769.79. But when I went to checkout it shows price $855. I try to contact overstock, but it was closed. On website it said last day sale. When I look on next day price was the same(it was not last day sale). But the reason, why order price was different, because price of the items should be more that $1000. I called overstock and I said I will buy the other item to get this price, but they cancel my request, because order was already shipped. But I did not want to cancel order, I just want to fix the price to get additional discount. I talked to ******* from ****** from overstock. She was told me she is the only one who make decisions. Than she gave me phone to Bed Bath and Beyond. I talk to ********* around one hour with no success to get resolution. I am really surprised how bad overstock right now. I have only good memories dealing with this company up to now.

    purchased a carpet from overstock.com on 11/16/2024 carpet arrived used, filled with dirt and bugs.Immediately called customer service, sent pictures and was told to throw it away which i did.After 5+ phone calls to the company and 2 managers I have still not received my credit due
