  We had Connell's replace our hail damaged roof last September. I found them to be professional, provided what we agreed to and we are totally satisfied with their roof. I have recommended them to friends as well. I am an attorney and read everything before signing and there was nothing shady about their contracts or work.
  The reviewer who complained that their bill was the same amount as what the insurance paid is obviously not aware that this is how insurance claims are handled and any other company who replaced a roof covered by insurance would have billed exactly the same.

  This company is a joke.. Sure when **** stops over it sounds oh so great.. We paid alot of money for our roof and ours also had huge bubbles in it and they did nothing to fix it either.. He made it sound that if some of the wood is bad they would replace it.. That never happened.. How could you miss the 2 pieces of plywood that are rotted and wet under our back porch.. Got the roof done in June and waited till now to ask for the rest.. way over priced for a crappy job.. would never recommend this company to anyone.. And really talk about shady they came and got the dumpster that was in our driveway longer than it should all for them to move it in the front of our house for another day or two.. They also did my parents house and the roof looks the same as our CRAP!!! They totally ripped them off by taking money for things they never did.. Be smart before you settle because this company is a total JOKE!!!

  We are very sorry that this customer is not happy.When the work was completed, the client was very happy. They never contacted us with any concerns or complaints. We believe this complaint was filed based on her mother being dissatisfied and very recently filing a BBB complaint. The homeowner did mentioned some bad wood under her deck. We have pictures confirming all roof decking was in good condition prior to us installing the roof. We certainly would have replaced any rotted or deteriorating decking prior to shingle installation. The roof was done on July 11, it was invoiced July 22 and we collected final payment on Nov 7. Again we only invoiced for the work we performed, for the price agreed to by their insurance company. We have offered, and keep our offer open to look into any issues they think are our responsibility.

  Horrible rip off company...They do c*** work. They waited until the insurance to get estimate and then they charged exactly what insurance paid. We were paid for things from insurance that they never provided, pocketing the money. Had a huge bubble in roof and they said that it was ok. It looks like ****, they said it was the roof... but it was never like that before. Did not fix problem just blew it off.Never again would i recommend or use this company. They are unprofessional and very shady.Just can not believe that they are allowed to operate and still be in business. I guess that is why they have no reviews, because everyone else is smart enough not to use ********. Learn from my mistake. They were not even willing to resolve issues.

  We are so sorry that this customer is not happy. Her roof was originally written as a repair that came in under the amount of her deductible by her insurance company. We pulled off a shingle, sent it out for an Itel report and was able to get her a full roof replacement. After the roof was installed, the homeowner was happy with the job. Several weeks later, the salesman received a phone call that there was a small ridge that a neighbor had pointed out and was asked to come take a look. Upon inspection, he saw that there was a very small ridge that ran diagonal up the roof between their garage and their garage addition. He looked in the attic and could see it was where the addition had been added. She was told this, and that we'd have our production manager come check it out as well. When he arrived, he went in the attic, took several photos and determined the ridge was in the roof decking from the way the trusses were installed during the addition. The production manager explained this to them and we offered to replace their shed roof for free, as a remedy. They agreed and we had no more contact. Four months later, they still hadnt paid their bill and our salesman contacted them to collect payment, He was told that payment wasnt made because she believed our bill was incorrect. He met with her and explained the bill as did our office manager via email. We only charged her for the work that we performed for the price agreed to by her insurance company. She became quite mad and was angry that our bill was exactly what her insurance paid, even though that is laid out in the insurance claim contract that she signed. We suggested she contact her agent for another explanation about why this is the case, as she didnt trust our explanation. She contacted her agent who confirmed what we had told her. That same day she filed the report with the BBB. Upon further examination of photos taken prior to the install, the same ridge she noticed was seen in the pictures, When presented with this, her response was well we should have fixed it. We explained that repair would involve either jacking up the foundation or re- framing the rafters. This was certainly beyond the scope of work we were contracted to do. The roof passed the city inspection, is warrantied and is absolutely functioning as expected in every way.
