      Worst experience with a business ever! Focal Point/IFixFloors installed a floor which came apart within a year. After many weeks just trying to get a response from the company and many more waiting for a decision on what they were going to do about the floor, they installed a new floor using what they said was a new process for glue-down vinyl. It too came apart in less than a year. The owner of the company will not talk to customers apparently. Any communication, such as it was, went through whomever was the office person at the time, who had no decision making authority, always had to talk to ***, and always said *** would get back to me which he never did. Since they seemed to have a major problem with our floor, I asked several times for them to just return our money and we would go elsewhere. After they received notice from the post office of the attempt to deliver a certified letter from me, some new person texted me saying she was with Focal Point and it looked like they were going to replace our floor. After 3 years of aggravation trying to work with this company and two failed floors, wed have to be nuts to try a 3rd floor from them. A business owner who makes no attempt to talk to a customer after all he put us through, does not deserve anyones business. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being really, really poor service, this company has earned a minus 10.
