    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do think this isnt a solution that helps the major populous that attended and deserve a refund but I cant speak for everyone so this is good for ME.show them for entrance into the next enduro. That was totally fair I felt. They also hold split the pot raffles and that wasnt completely either so Im not sure how people who participated got their refunds either. But Im going to check for when the next enduro is about a week or so later and come to find out they canceled the race we were going to be able to attend to get our refund. On top of that they never posted anything with information about the cancellation or the refunds. I commented on the companys ******** page which got deleted. I understand okay not the place. So I made an inquiry as their website asked. With no follow up or answers even though their ******** and website continues to be be active I grew frustrated. Im not sure what else to do to bring light to this situation but file a complaint.

    A check for $15 was mailed out to this customer. A few things in this complaint are untrue. Our enduro races are not always 100 laps, it depends on the number of cars registered to race. This one we had enough cars for 75 laps. It has always been run this way. 

    The customer mentioned we did split the pot, this is not true. We have 5 events we will be doing split the pot at this year with our gambling license and no enduros are included. No one was selling or buying any tickets.

    The enduro after this was canceled with plenty of advanced warning on social media and our website. We also put on social media that wristbands could be used at our next enduro on September 21st.
