Upon researching for schools that would give out college credits along with earning a high school degree we came across this school. We spoke with the woman *********************** about getting the so called ACE credits with AP classes for my child. My child had spent 2.5 yrs working their behind off with maintaining a great GPA and even graduated early. Now mind you we were told by **** that she would be getting those credits in college courses. Here is the problem now. The college she got into under those same ACE credits that she would be receiving is now no longer an option. Upon calling for clarification my child was never enrolled in that program when she *********************** herself enrolled my child into it and even stated my daughter would be receiving those credits. So for 2.5 yrs no college credits which she should have earned 24 credit hrs before attending college is null and void due to their miscalculation and fraudulent ways. Having those credits would have meant hundreds or thousands of dollars off tuition at a 4yr university since this would have taken almost a yr off their tuition at that university. Upon questioning with the registration department there is no record of my child ever being in those AP +ACE credits program. Resulting in no college credits which falsified what was on their site and what we signed up for. I want an explanation as to why it was never done when we questioned all this prior to enrolling with this school. It was the sole purpose of us enrolling due to having those ACE credits. I am tired of the excuses this school offers and the way they think of their students as numbers or cash cows and not how these student's wellbeing. It all comes down to money like any other stakeholder.

    Dear *****,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the miscommunication regarding your childs enrollment in the AP/ACE credits program. After investigating the matter, we discovered that you enrolled your child in the Honors program and not the AP/ACE program, which is why no college credits were issued.
As you know, during the enrollment process, we reviewed all enrollment options with you: Standard, Honors, and AP/ACE. You selected the Honors Program for your child and completed enrollment for Honors rather than AP/Honors (college). You selected the Honors courses for several semesters. Had you enrolled your child in AP /ACE college courses, these courses would have been provided as requested. We assigned the courses as ordered, and your child performed very well.

We understand the significant effort your child invested over the past 2.5 years, and we regret any confusion that *** have occurred. We aim to support our students' educational journeys, and we take concerns like yours very seriously.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,

    ***********************, CEO
