      September 21, 2022 - Criminal and *** defense attorney - https://andersondefense.com/I paid them $7,500 to resolve a cps investigation, they had done nothing, NOTHING!!!!, I got charges and was arrested for something I never did, and did not even care for court date the day I was suppose to be out, which is Monday, my spouse has to keep calling **** to find out the court date, **** never follow up until spouse went to the county to find out and call nonstop to tell him about the court date. I can not even call **** while in jail, dude blocked all calls from jail. He got in and did not said much and I did obtain a public attorney during court as well. Another case I have for order for protection, never resolve anything, never dismissed any case involving ***, the judge and court automatically dismissed it because the other party was filing the wrong paperwork. **** and ***** took my money and lied that it has been dismissed, ** currently fighting for *** on my own now, they did not do much, literally only appear in court for *** forcing me to admit my wrong which I never done anything wrong. Sent over the prove to them to prove my innocent, well, ************** me to admit my wrong and surrender pretty much, although the court already dismissed the case before court was set for hearing since the other party has no evidence against me from the other party. Now **** and ***** stole $5,000 and only return $2,500 claiming they dismissed the *** (Order for Protection) and bailed me out of Jail, which it never happen. I want me full refund back, he can keep the money for his time appearing in court for hearing on September 23, 2022 at least just $500 for 1 hour of his time there. But he did not, he claim that process is dismissed and he should be paid $3500 for that. He claim the *** investigation was use to bailed me out, i never retain him for anything other than *** investigation and resolve my *** (both never got resolve). He only text message me showing me no prove.
