    A disgrace of a company! I have been sitting at the ****** dealership for about 5 hours now for a battery change. Element only approves pricing up to $208 for a battery. However, they are not considering that it's for a 2022 ****** Prius and labor costs through the dealership. The ****** dealership has a battery for for $220 and then labor cost of $110 (I know, ridiculous). Element didn't want to pay for the $330 and ****** obviously wouldn't relent. I sat there for 5 hours basically waiting for these two clowns to forgo an extra $110 dollars. How embarrassing for major corporations to look at money that way, but that's the way it is. Element management really irritated me because of just paying the **** difference so I could get back to work, and make money, they chose to double down and be *****. I wasted my whole day just for the Element to finally approve of the $330 5 hours later. Thank you so much Element for leaving me stranded at the dealership all day over $110.
