- Bad Rooster Food Truck is licensed with the State of Minnesota Department of Health, and obtains city permits for every city where our truck serves food. (Each permit is posted on our truck.)
In addition, we are inspected by health departments at every festival we attend and undergo multiple fire inspections by multiple cities.
