    I used their company to put in two outdoor grill stations and a fire table top. Their sales people recommended the material to use for the outdoor installation, they even supplied me samples of the material to show my customers. Within the first 5 months the fire table had a crack it in. After many calls and emails I finally talked to the installation manager. The solution was to fill the crack in. I let him know I would like to meet them when they came out. They forgot all about it I called again and was told they would be doing it soon. I once again asked them to let me know when they would be there so I could meet them. After a few more weeks I emailed once again and was told that they were out yesterday. I went out to look at the repair and it looked like nothing had been done at all. I emailed photos of the original table again along with the new photos since they said they repaired it. The response from the installation manager, that was all they could do. After not getting anywhere with the installation manager I called and asked to talk to the general manager or owner. I emailed all my previous email conversations over and she let me know she would have someone follow up with me. I did receive a call back from her telling me that the material used should not be installed on a fire table due to the heat. I responded that the material was recommended to me by their sales person and they had the drawing of it being used for a fire table and bbq station, which both have heat elements. She then told be that is why that sales person is no longer with them. My response was we did another project with that same material and I worked with a different sales person from their company. I feel it was their responsibility to stand behind what they sold as they knew what it was being installed for. I never received any calls or emails from a general manager or the owner even after sending another email. Worst customer service I have ever had working with a subcontractor.

    They do not respond to phone, email, text or anything. Terrible customer service! Forget about their "lifetime warranty" once the bill is paid. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. I paid a good amount of $$ to have my kitchen done. A few years later the granite needed some work, so I paid a few hundred dollars for *** to come out and for an hour and touch it up. He did a good job, I paid him and he went on his way. Still seems kind of weird to be paying for the "lifetime warranty" but oh well, I was so glad to get it done. I now have a few more spots that need attention and the company will not even respond to me. NO ONE WILL EVEN RESPOND!! It is so rude and poorest customer service I have ever been associated with. I live less than one mile from the ******* office. When I saw on their sign that they were moving to Maple Grove, I texted *** twice and asked if he could fit me in ( I am talking ONE HOUR OF HIS PRECIOUS TIME ) before he leaves for Maple Grove with no response. Do your research folks before you invest your hard earned $$ in this place, or you just might make the same mistake I did. I joined the parade of * reviews on ****** and this is my BBB report. I will now try to **** down another company that can take this job on.
