    Two bottles of Wild Harvest organic olive oil were bought. Rancid very Rancid. Paid $13 per bottle. Called customer service number ************. Got nowhere. Bottle says guaranteed. Please help me get my $26 back from this company. Thank you. I have been a fan of the product I buy organic and we like olive oil I don't know what wrong here but I want a refund please

    Thank you for your response. According to our records, we provided a $20 reimbursement gift card on 06/17/24 to this same mailing address for the same product issue. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund. Our recommendation is to return the product to the store for a refund or replacement. Thank you for your interest in Wild Harvest products.

    Purchase two bottles of organic olive oil. Company name Wild Harvest by UNFI Foods. Cost me $28 for two bottles. I purchased this and the oil was Rancid. Had rancid flavor. Could not return it try to return it and was refused. Cold phone number on bottle, customer service agents were confused and wanted to pass me to someone else who wanted to pass me to someone else who wanted me to leave my phone number and have someone else get back to me. But utterly ridiculous customer service. Wasted a good half hour on it. At this point I would like a refund for the non-usable olive oil. We use a lot of olive oil in our home and we primarily buy organic.

In order to properly investigate into this issue, will you please provide the consumers proof of purchase for the oil product identified in the complaint? Ideally this will be a store receipt that clearly identifies the retailer, the cost of the product, and the purchase date. Any assistance you can provide in obtaining this information would be much appreciated.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I do not have my receipt anymore. I purchased this from incollingos grocery store a private IGA grocery store a small grocery store where I live. I purchased two bottles of olive oil. Harvest like I said, that were Rancid that were $12.99 a bottle. Please replace my olive oil it is a favorite in my household. Thank you. Also I have called the number and spoke to people who don't know anything about anything and that's the number on the olive oil bottle itself

     I am rejecting this response because: absolutely ********. I live in a senior complex I will not be held responsible for other people that buy your oil. Shame on you. I am appalled at this kind of rejectional customer service when it clearly says this product is guaranteed. Either send me a refund or send me more product. Obviously you don't have retention in your memory because I have told you the grocer will not take open bottle of any product. Now I want my refund or I won't buy your product and I won't use it in my family will not use it any longer
