      Unfortunately this company had a fraudulent report filed from one of their technicians to Electrolux. When I called them to report what had happened they have not resolved it. The technician did come over and looked at our dryer but he only adjusted the legs to try it to stop squeaking. He replaced the lint filter. That was it. In and out in less then 5 minutes. He then filed a report with Electrolux claiming he replaced the pulley as well as the sensor. He did not even open up the dryer. The top of the dryer never came off. They submitted a report to Electrolux that they replaced two things when that was not true. When I asked them to be honest and correct the report they would not do that. Shameful that a company is charging for parts and services that they did not complete. I would not recommend this company for 1- their employee who was not honest
      2- lack of customer service
      3-not calling Electrolux and changing the report to be the truth
      They would have gotten a zero star if that was an option for how this was handled.
