5 starsI highly recommend Land of 10,000 Fixes. They completed the project on schedule and were extremely professional. They removed and built a new deck, and they were respectful of my property. They came when they said they would, and the guy was very nice, but we were left with un-sanded edges, treated lumber with huge knotholes, and the frame for the steps was split in 4 areas. They came back and replaced a few boards, but the steps wobble when anyone walks down them. I really wanted to give a better review, but I just can't.Land of 10,000 Fixes

Hi *****! I wish you would have said something to me about the wobble. With 4 stringers it will be fairly firm but we can add some 2x4's along them to stiffen it up a lil more. The knots are going to be in any pressure treated lumber unless we get into buying clear, but the price of that is kinda crazy and I would have recommended just going to composite at that point.
