      Charlie was great to work with up front. His quote was significantly better than others I received, but buyer beware, you get what you pay for. What was initially a nice looking new fence, things deteriorated with each passing year. While I still stand by the original statement of being great to work with, and a much better quote than others, it has become very apparent that you can't substitute quality for cost. Our fence did not hold up well at all, with the majority of the footings heaving, and several panels lacking in structural integrity. Gates on both sides became unusable, and broke down almost completely. The decorative lattice top, while nice looking at first, began to fall apart rapidly. The wood itself seemed quite flimsy, and needed constant reinforcement with additional screws. We had someone from Fence Me In out to assess things, and they snapped some photos and had agreed some replacement panels may be needed. What was then communicated as a potential replacement being needed resulted in them coming out and saying they wouldn't warranty any of it. Our only consolation was that they removed the fence as it was no longer functional. Just a word of caution that a cheaper quote isn't always the best route to go. Really disappointed that our fence didn't even last 8 years.

      This company is putting a fence up at my townhouse, and it has taken 6 months to finish. Very frustrated with this company.
