      I had this company replace a furnace a back in 2020. They had to close up the ceiling around the chimney in the ceiling as part of the job when they put the new one in. A portion of the patch has come loose. I called ***, the man that put the furnace in, to ask him if he would come out sometime, no real rush, to fix the ceiling over the furnace. He said he'd get to it. I called back about 2 weeks later just to remind him not to forget about me and he was extremely rude, said he'd had a small stroke and that he'd be out the following Wednesday or ******** and he would call before he came. I didn't stay home all day those days but I did have my phone with me. I received no call. I called him on Friday, no answer, left a message asking if I missed him, I didn't get a call, and was he ok... I have called at least ***** times since, including his office number for ****, leaving messages and asking if he was ok. NO RESPONSE and the ceiling isn't fixed. Now I have to get his competitor to fix this, and while I was concerned about his wellbeing, the competitor saw this man driving to a job yesterday morning, just fine.... Don't use this company.

      Do NOT use Mobile Home Improvement Services! They installed a few furnace improperly and it could not vent properly. The new furnace stopped working during a sub-zero cold snap because it could not get air. They did not come out when they said they would to fix it, no call, no show. As a result, all pipes froze and blew out. For ten months, I have lost use of my residence because I have no furnace and no running water. **** lied directly to the Community Action manager and said was all resolved. Do NOT do business with these people!
