    We ordered back stairs that were supposed to be installed within 1 1/2 months. It was 3 months instead. We called and called repeatedly. We were told that the guy that installed them was fired. Then we were told that the guy that owned the company was getting a divorce. We finally got the steps installed about two weeks ago. But they never sealed the bottom. Plus they left the steps with a huge gap at the bottom. I have almost fallen off the bottom step several times. The back railing was not ordered in time so we do not have a back railing. What happens when it starts snowing or ice? Someone is going to fall and break something! This company has become very unreliable. They also damaged several of our patio blockers and didn't bother replacing them. We want the back stairs finished now! Seal underneath the stairs! They could have ordered the back railing when we got our order. These stairs are a danger to anyone using them. Especially me! If I fall off those stairs, we ARE going to *** them.

    end of July Ordered set of back concrete steps We were told they would be installed in 1 1/2 months They still have not been installed. We've called several times and are told they are "coming on Tuesday" but they never show up.We were told last week that they would be coming today, the 24th of October - again they never showed up We have given them a large deposit . Where are our steps? Quick Step Precast Concrete is VERY unreliable.
