  I have always have amazing customer service from ********************, as well as the best monthly rates. I also like that they are a local hometown company that isn't a **************** more concerned with their stock prices than their customers.

  Nitti uses language and false claims during sales to secure sales. Noting their form refers to a contract that they orally amend stating they do not collect on their fee unless service has started.

  Around 5:00 on May 28, 2025 a guy came to our door and rang the doorbell, even though we have a No Soliciting sign on the middle of the door. We were not expecting anyone and have a sign, so we did not answer the door. He came back about an hour later and rang the doorbell again. My husband answered the door. The guy, dressed in a high vis vest and holding a clipboard, didnt introduce himself or have a solicitors badge as required by the city, and began berating my husband as to why we do not have Nitti for our Sanitation (it was the night before garbage pickup so he saw our non-Nitti cans out). My husband asked him why he was ringing our doorbell when we have a no soliciting sign. He didnt respond so my husband told him to get off of our property and he left, bickering along the way. He was then just standing in the middle of the street, so I opened the door and asked him his name, he said *** and asked where his badge was, and he said they were emailing it to him right now. Nitti already does business in our city, so they should know better than to send people door to door without the required and proper identification. I have seen numerous similar complaints so this appears to be a company practice. I would rather pay more to a company with good standing than spend one cent with a company that has such unethical and poor business practices.

  I am a long term customer of **********************. I pay them annually. I asked them for a copy of the bill 2 weeks prior new service started. They sent it when the service already started. I paid them by credit card, full annual amount to avoid late fees. They promised one month free if full annual bill is paid. However, I found out they are the most expensive locally. When I called them and ask to cancel services, they stated they would not refund my money for the remaining 11 months. They advised me to cancel service and leave money with them for the remaining 11 months.They refuse to give me the name of the person who spoke with me.They violated multiple business practices. Avoid business with them.

  If I could give them none I definitely would. They are the worst in the state. Rental property owners use them because they are cheap. They are also lazy and leave trash all over the ground ad don't empty the containers completely. "We only recycle what we (nitti staff) can find a market for. Which means cardboard only. They also don't know the difference between recylable and non. But no matter evidence shows it all goes in to the landfill anyway.
