I made an appointment for Monday February 13th at 9:00 am.This date was important to me because I have Mondays off. They scheduled my appointment and sent out email and texts of conformation notices. I made this appointment in November. They Kept records and admitted this to me over the phone conversation we had when we discussed why they had canceled my appointment. They called me on Friday February the 11th to notify me my appointment on Monday February 13th at 9:00am no longer worked for them because they didn't know employees schedules at the time when they made my appointment. I guess I could keep going on and I will if need be. When I called back to reschedule hoping for a Monday they told me everything was full and explained what happened. I said I understand mistakes happen, but the mistake happened on your end. If I owned a company and made a mistake I would go out of my way to make it right. If you reach out to them I'm sure the stories will line up. If you need more information I'll be happy to explain my side of the story.

Hi *******,
Apparently, the complainer was mad because we had to reschedule his appointment.
He made his appointment before we had finalized our schedules, and the preparer he had scheduled with ended up being assigned to a different office on that day.
We called him to reschedule the appointment, and he did come in and we prepared his tax return on Feb 18th, with no additional issues.
I think we all have bigger things to worry about.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Anyone who reads this can probably see what I meant.
