I signed my granddaughter up for the CPR/first aid class.I paid $101.52 on June 27, 2023. With a MC ending in 4018.She attended the course on July 22, 2023.We have never received her certificate for the course.I have emailed them twice in the past 30 days.I have attempted to call at least 5 times but it always says mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message.I want the certificate for the course that my granddaughter attended and I paid for.Initial Complaint

I am due for my 2 year renewal of BLS that I need for my job as a healthcare provider. I am new to the area, so I searched for BLS classes and signed up for a part online/part in-person class with *********** that came up. On their website, they state that the online materials will be sent out 5-7 days before the class and the online portion of the class must be completed before the start of the in person class. I signed up for the class on August 30, and the class I had registered for was on September 12. 5 days before the class, I had not received the online portion of the class, as I was supposed to. The company was very non-responsive. I called multiple times, emailed, and filled out their online contact form and never received a response. I drove the 30 minutes to the in-person class, hoping to get my issue resolved. The instructor for the class would not let me take the class, because I had not gotten the online portion. He had me reschedule for the 26th and told me to contact him personally (via email) if I again did not receive the online materials within the 5-7 day window.5 days before the rescheduled class, I still had not received the required materials. I reached out to both the instructor and the general company emails and did not receive a response. I also requested a refund at this time because they were not able to deliver the services I had paid for. I ended up registering for a different class with a different CPR provider, since ** CPR was not able to communicate with me or help me. On the 26th, I finally received the online materials at 8:49am, 11 minutes before the rescheduled class was supposed to begin. The online portion is expected to take ~90 minutes and must be completed prior to class. They are not delivering the services they are advertising, and they do not communicate with their customers who are having issues.Initial Complaint

Have reached out numerous times to obtain my certificate after successfully completing the *** class for Healthcare Providers in *******************, **. I was told by the instructor I would receive an email approximately a week after completing the course...I have not received anything. I left a voice message and have sent 2 emails without a response. When I signed up for the class, I received a confirmation email stating I was enrolled. I reached out a few times with questions regarding the course and after much persistence on my part, I finally received a reply. When I arrived at the course on time, the class had already started and was told that I was not on the list of participants. After showing her my confirmation email, I started the class but missed the beginning because they started early thinking all the participants had already arrived. I NEED my certificate of completion and since I completed the course and paid for it, it would be great to actually receive confirmation with a certificate that is mandatory for my job. I would NOT recommend this organization for ***. The communication is horrible. It has been almost one month since I took the course on July 20th and I have not heard anything from this business.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase for CPR recertification as part of my routine RN BLS renewal requirement on 1/29/2023 with ********** (Mncprllc.com) for $99.36. The class is scheduled for 02/02/2023 at 6PM which I received an email confirmation from ***************************** ************* on 01/30/23 at 4:13PM. I requested to cancel the class at 7:41AM 02/02/23 but I did not receive any response back so I decided to show up for the class at 5:45PM. I waited along with one other attendee until 6:30PM but no instructor show up. Me and the other attendee then left the center. I contacted ****** at ************ and left him VM the next day. He called me back and stating the class got cancel and since I requested my cancellation he did not need to send my any email to follow up. I then requested a refund. He stated he will process the refund once he is back from his trip next week which is week of 02/12/23. I waited and until as of this writing, I have not receive my refund from **********. I called and left multiple VM but ***************************** ************* never get back to me. I emailed on March 02, 2023 to follow up but no response as of this writing.Initial Complaint

I am a licensed daycare provider in Hastings, I am in need of my cpr/first aid certification before March 1st.I signed up for a class through them for Dec 13th at the price of *****. I had to take a day off of work to complete the class, that morning I got an email stating the instructor was ill and we could reschedule for another day. I rescheduled for January 13th and took another day off of work, on the 11th my mom was informed that she was in need of a valve replacement in her heart and she could get in on the 17th so I tried to contact them via phone and email to ask if I could reschedule for another day due to a family emergency I got no response, I left numerus messages and got no response, so I went ahead and rescheduled my class for January 31st and paid ****** out of pocket for it again because I had to get into a class so I could inform my daycare families what day I would be needing off again. I arrived at the location at 8;45 am class was to start at 9, no one showed up, the building was locked and lights off I stayed until 9;30. I then tried contacting them again with no response again. I have called constantly with no response, just voice mail. I am asking for my fees to be refunded for both classes totaling ******.Initial Complaint

12/20/22 $98.28 CPR Instruction The class was cancelled due to bad weather on the instructors behalf. There cancallation policy does not indicate no refund if this is the circumstance. They did not offer a class that fit with my schedule within the time frame I needed it done by. I attempted to cal and left more then 5 voicemails and more then 5 emails asking for someone to contact me back and ***** has even or will respond.
