    STAY AWAY!!!!!This company called me from FOUR different phone numbers. When I tried to call back - on ANY of them - I could never get a hold of anyone. One time a baby answered. They dropped of early - not a big deal. Then they tried to PICK UP early before we were even done!! Not the date we agreed on. They didnt send the agreement until after drop off. Cherry on top - I just got a random charge for almost $200 more - WITHOUT an invoice or any explanation. I'm floored. Run.

    Good Morning,

    I see that we delivered a 10 dumpster for ******* on May 9th, with that size you receive a 1 ton weight limit, her dumpster weighed 2.18 which made it 1.18 tons over the alloted weight, I am sorry for any inconvenince this may have caused you, it does state this in the renatl agreement, every dumpster company has weight limits on their dumpsters, it is trade standard.  Our phone number is on our website, I am not sure about these different phone numbers?  Also we do not have any baby answering the phone?  Again sorry for any inconvenience.

    We ordered a dumpster for a roofing project. We asked if a 15 yard dumpster would be sufficient for 30 squares of shingles. The gal at A 1 said definitely. They brought the dumpster for a charge of ****** which we agreed upon. After picking up the dumpster, on October 5th they hit our credit card for an additional ******. We called and they said we were overweight for the size dumpster when they specifically said a 15 yard dumpster would be fine. I called and talked to ***, a co-owner and he said they would reverse the charge of ******. Well after several phone calls and now they wont even return our calls the charge still has not been credited back to our credit card. Can you help us resolve this issue? We have no paperwork to send as this was all handled over the phone

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    In response to your email dated today, we did receive a refund from the company the same day your original complaint was sent to them.
