      Our company as well as three others paid to have an advertisement in a local Resturant. Creative Advertising never talked with the Resturant to have agreement to put up the advertisement. I have tried calling and emailing Creative Advertising with no reply.
      Creative Advertising also put competitor advertisings on the same display. This is something that was promised would not be done. We were told that we would be the only business in our category on the ad.
      The ad that was produced was not the ad that I sent them or agreed upon. Although a sign was made the Resturant will not be showcasing it as they no where to put it up.

      Of course we have a signed agreement, with ****** Restaurant manager, *****, and we just provided a copy of it to one of the advertisers, who had taken the sign from the restaurant. We would never sell advertising and produce a sign without having a signed Location Agreement. We were told 2 days ago from ***** that he will hang the sign right away. He was just looking for the right spot to hang it. The advertiser told us today that he is going to return the sign to the restaurant, and it should be installed right away, at which time the advertising term will begin. And, if any changes are required to any of the advertising displays, we will be happy to make any changes, and produce an updated display right away.

      Creative design collected $590 from me to advertise my business for 2 years. I have paid them in full and have never received any such advertisement. The building where the advertisement was supposed be displayed closed before the sign was ever hung up. Payment to creative design was made in October of 2021. We have made multiple attempts to get a refund for the services we never received but no one will call us back with any information. We have called and emailed and even sent text but no one will reply. If we call we get a promise the Manager will call us back and he never does.They have literally stolen $590 dollars from us.
