      I would like to formally report an incident involving a Due North Coffee employee who threatened and verbally harassed me.On the day of the incident, my friend and I had purchased a coffee from Due North and was sitting in a clearly marked parking space in their lot. A womanpresumably an employeepulled up in a truck and began shouting at my friend to move her car. She claimed we were blocking a "drive-through," despite the fact that we were parked legally in designated spots with no signage indicating otherwise.After my friend moved her car, the woman parked, exited her vehicle, and approached my own car to take pictures of my license plate using her personal phone. She then confronted me directly, demanding to know if the car was mine. When I confirmed, she threatened to have it towed immediately if I didnt move it. Her tone was aggressive, rude, and completely inappropriate.I was stunned and felt genuinely threatened by her behavior. She took my silence as insolence and continued to berate us, insisting we were in the wrong, even though there were no visible restrictions on the parking spaces. Her manner was psychotic, demeaning, unprofessional, and downright hostile. I felt unsafe and disrespected as a paying customer.The fact that she used her personal phone to photograph my vehicle without explanation only added to my discomfort and sense of violation. I chose not to report this directly to the business out of concern she may be a manager or someone in a position of ************ customer should be subjected to verbal abuse, threats of towing, or intimidationespecially when they have done nothing wrong. Due North Coffee needs to be aware of this unacceptable behavior, and I hope they will take appropriate action to ensure no one else has to endure a similar experience.I will not be returning to this business and will be advising others to avoid it as well based on this deeply upsetting encounter.
