Hired *** to cut my dogs hair well, I was visiting my fianc in *****, ********* She arrived late, I provided her with four pictures of my dog and how I wanted her haircut. She asked many questions, and I actually went in her mobile truck and explained again how I wanted her haircut and I told her if she followed the pictures she would have no issues. It was a very basic haircut. Basically, she was cutting the dog to a very short Length except her ears and face. I told her I wanted her ears kept long and my normal groomer who had just retired usually Cut them straight across so they were one even length on both sides. That was also shown to her in the pictures. And I told her on her nose/snout. It was to be cut basically with no hair left until it got to the back of the jaw. The picture showed there was no hair on her nose and that is how I wanted her haircut. She asked me many more questions and then said she understood and I went inside the house and she went to work on **** About an hour later, she brought **** in. I asked her if she was step inside as I was going to check Lacys hair out she said she had another appointment and needed to get there. She did tell me that she did the dogs, **** glands and that the dog was backed up and needed to p*** and I asked her if that was something I needed to be doing, this took approximately 30 seconds was our conversation as I was grabbing for the money which was across the room. The dog ran from her the second she put the dog down and I never had a chance to really look at the haircut. She asked if it was OK and I said from what I can tell, but I dont really know . She ran out of the house very quickly and left. As soon as she loved, I looked at my dog and realized there were mats in the back of the dogs ears. They were uneven, she did not cut the dogs nose correctly. There was a big **** of hair left behind. When I notify her, she refused to do anything. She said I couldnt change the dogs haircut.
