    date of transaction: 6/1/2022 Paid Amount: $8372.65 Invoice #**** -Installation of furnace/** unit 15 HV** -Included a 10 year parts/labor on all equipment and 900 rebate from *************** and ******************* After installation of the **/Furnace we complained to ******* on several occasions the upstairs was still very hot. On 6/21 I emailed ******* to tell him the house was still very warm, the ** had been set on 69, I sent a screen shot of the thermostat at 79 degrees to prove it was not cooling. My partner had also reached out via telephone with no response. 7/12- I emailed ******* "Hi ******* We are still having issues with the **. It is set at 69 and its 75 in here.Can you please get back to us?Please call us or email.This shouldnt be happening with a brand new unit.Thanks Mo and DayVon"He finally responded on 7/13 and did stop out stating everything looked fine.The ** continued to not cool our house. On 7/16 I again emailed ******* ""Thanks so much for stopping out.However, the ** still is not working properly (or the air flow more so)? It is set at 71 upstairs and is still 76 up here.What else can we do to fix this?As a new mom with kids on me all the time, I am pretty uncomfortable being so hot.Thanks for your time,Mo "7/20- emailed again "Hi ******* ** again, when can you stop back?Thanks"No repsonse 7/28- emailed again "******* When can you stop by? Its still hot in here.The ** is currently set at 69 and its 75 in here."-No response Emailed again 8/10, 8/16 with no response.Last week of November noticed water leaking from furnace. ******* did come out December 1 and stated someone would come out the following day to repair. No one has come to fix the repairs, the water is still leaking and has now ruined the tike in our laundry room and hardwood floors in the living room. I reached out to ******* 12/2, 12/6 and 12/7 with no response. No response

    We are working with the homeowner to correct the issues.  The furnace was not installed incorrectly, a condensate line was over looked during initial install and has since been corrected. Currently waiting for repair estimates for there floating pergo flooring.

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me once the floors have been replaced due to water damages.

    I have submitted two quotes and will submit one more this week for reimbursement.
