      Hello my name is ********* ********* *********. I was a T-Mobile customer for many years and 3 Months ago I transferred to Verizon. Verizon offered me 2 $300 gift cards if I transferred my service with them. They told me that will take between 6 to 8 weeks to receive the gift cards and has passed 3 moths!! I try to contact them multiple times and they keep lying to me and told me that they are working in that, and they will send me the gift cards, but so far nothing is happening. That is lying to customers to get money from them and is not acceptable!! I want help to get my $600 gift cards that they promised me when I switched to Verizon.Thank you

      We sold this location to another Wireless Zone dealer December 1, 2023, therefore your purchase was not made from our company.   You will need to contact the new company who is Cellular City - ***** **********, **********************************************************************

      This occurred September8. We went there to buy new phones. Fast talking ************************* manager of store was who we spoke with. She commented that she was not good with technology and asked for help from ***. She took over 1 and half hours to download our contacts but did not explain anything to us except to say our bill would only go up *****. This can be witnessed by *** and my wife. Since it was taking so long she said we could go to lunch. We went to subway. She walked phones and Bill over in bag. That was it. Looked at Bill in bag and after seeing items called ******. She again told me not to worry. I also have on text. Our Bill came and it showed ready to go charge and device protection. We had no ideas what these were and did not approve this. September 13 called back to Wireless Zone spoke with *** who agreed she should have talked with us about everything and agreed **** did go up with device protection and ****** also told him I would not go up. I was told to go to Corp store in Burnsville he could not help. Sept15th spoke with *********************** took off device protection but had no idea what ***** charge is Verizon don't do that. He said lot of problems with these stores. Went back to Wireless store was told it was their charge for downloading contacts. She said she would have manager call me but no callback. This should not happen and should not happen to other people.

      Thank you for sending this information to our attention.   Verizon has a standard setup fee of $29.95 that is charged when transferring data and setting up a phone.  One of the representatives should have discussed this charge for their time to do your data transfer.   I will send it to the store and get more information regarding your transaction.  I expect to provide further information within 48 hours.   Thank you for your business.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have responded to this email twice. I have agreed to give them 48 hours which it has been well over that. This is response I got. Just bad business practice if people knew what they were signing up for and then know all they have to do is go to Verizon store. I will wait for response

      As stated in our previous response:    Verizon has a standard setup fee of $29.95 that is charged when transferring data and setting up a phone.  According to the store, the fee was clearly discussed before spending the time to do the transfer.  Our research into the issue indicates that the store employee acted per company guidelines.   Thank you for your business.
