      Last year I purchased a PelPro cast iron pellet stove. Since then, we've had ongoing reliability issues with the stove. This item is our primary heat source. Nearly 3 weeks ago the stove stopped working. There is absolutely NO way to contact a PelPro representative by telephone. I submitted an email inquiry. Each time I wrote to the representative I politely asked to be able to just speak to someone on the phone. They would never entertain my question. Instead, I would have to wait a full day before another response. It finally was determined that we needed a replacement part (that could have been figured out in a short phone call). The replacement part was ordered through the warranty department 10 days ago. Still no part. When I asked about when I might expect shipment, I was told "the warranty department does not issue shipping notifications." It has been 3 weeks. Slow response times. Zero willingness to take a phone call. Completely unacceptable. I will never be able to recommend a PelPro product to anyone ever again.
